Delivery and Availability

All our items on this website are in stock. As an ethical and responsible business in a highly competitive Industry, we make huge efforts to ensure that all our customers are very happy with our service. If, however there is a delay in the receipt of your item or stock available, we will inform you of this via telephone or email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. Please note that If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. If you do not wish the arrival of your parts separately, please notify us by email or contact us by telephone so that we may make the necessary notes on your order. For this reason, it is essential that such information is passed to us either before or at the point of sale. If there is any delay in this information being passed to us, it may not be possible to change the arrival of your parts, as your order may have already been processed (identified, packaged and posted).

For reasons above and the fact that all deliveries are carried out by a third party (Royal Mail, Courier etc) www.domesticappliancepartsandspares.co.uk has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We always do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel any delayed orders at any time and get a full refund by contacting us either by telephone or email.

Please note: occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available. Such an inconvenience to you is a very rare occurrence indeed, as our system is updated on a daily basis to reflect the above.

Please note that we only deliver to the United Kingdom. Most of our items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, large and/or fragile items will be shipped via special delivery or private courier.

If you haven't received your item/s within 7 working days of the date of despatch, please notify us as soon as possible, and if necessary, we will arrange a replacement order.
